When we’ve just finished the procedure, as soon as patients open their eyes, the majority can tell that their vision has improved.
It’s still a bit foggy and hazy because we’ve just done the procedure and there’s a little bit of swelling in the cornea. However, by the next day, when the swelling has gone and the healing has taken place, the vision typically has improved right up to where we want it to be, which is 20/20 or very close to it.
