The situation usually occurs in people in their late thirties and early forties. If you knit or sit at a computer for long periods, you may experience presbyopia. In addition to distance from the computer and lighting, font size is also an essential factor. You may find comfort with reading glasses if you’re in this age group and have not previously experienced contact problems.
  • Astigmatism. Although toric contact lenses are effective in treating astigmatism, they may not have the same effectiveness as glasses. Eye strain can often result from this, causing headaches. It may be necessary to update your contact lens prescription if you experience headaches due to astigmatism after wearing them for several hours.

How can I stop contact lens-related headaches?
